Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for providing care and treatment to patients on maintenance dialysis. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients on their treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Provide education to patients on their treatment plans and medications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure
  • Nephrology Certification or Certified Dialysis Nurse preferred
