The START Center for Cancer Research is a leading institution in oncology clinical research, dedicated to accelerating the development of new anticancer drugs. We are seeking an experienced Cancer Research Clinical Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with our operations teams, project managers, and central service departments to assist with the launch of new clinical locations across the US and globally. As a key member of our clinical team, you will utilize your deep knowledge of company SOPs and industry standards to develop and train clinical workflows, ensuring consistent high-quality patient care and safety.

This is a remote role, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the establishment and launch of clinical operations for each new early-phase clinical Oncology research location.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for clinical staff, focusing on SOPs, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Monitor clinical processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clinical staff, serving as a clinical resource.
  • Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational readiness and adherence to project timelines.
  • Document integration milestones, challenges, and recommendations to optimize future location launches.
  • Travel to new and existing START locations to shadow, train, and implement process.
