Position Overview:
JobsRUs is looking to recruit a Warehouse Selector for our client. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse in a temperature-controlled environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $20.00
- Weekly pay schedule
- Comprehensive benefits package available

Work Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7 PM until all tasks are completed.
- In-person interviews will be conducted during designated hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to select and prepare products for shipment.
- Accurately label products using advanced labeling technology.
- Palletize selected items to fulfill customer orders and ensure safe delivery to the loading dock.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in food distribution.
- Ability to work in cold environments and lift weights ranging from 5 to 50 lbs (team lifting is acceptable).
- Must possess steel-toed footwear.
- Experience with electric pallet jacks is essential.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to meet or exceed efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order selection.
- Basic arithmetic skills and effective communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Reporting Structure:
- This position reports directly to the Night Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
