About the Role

As a Flat Rate Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicating with customers and service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably with Honda or Acura
  • ASE Certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • A positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve
