Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising strategies.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to analyze technical information to resolve issues effectively.
  • Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
  • Certification in food safety management is preferred or must be obtained within the initial employment period.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in using computers and communication systems relevant to job functions.
