Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Opportunity

At CHI St Vincent Hot Springs, we're seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular care team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in performing interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasties, and angioplasties.
  • Insert pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered license to practice in the State of Arkansas.
  • 6 months of acute care experience, with previous cath lab experience preferred but not required.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating call schedule and report to the hospital within 30 minutes of call.
