About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Practice Leader to join our team at Heartland Dental. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our dental practice to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral health issues.
  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and overall practice growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices to ensure our practice remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business goals, including revenue growth, patient acquisition, and staff development.

Requirements
  • DDS/DMD Degree: A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Georgia.
  • Comprehensive Dentistry Skills: Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills for practicing comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of oral health issues.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
  • Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients.
