Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team at Lowe Law Firm PC. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and play a vital role in the success of our personal injury law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the intake process for new personal injury cases, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies, adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our personal injury law firm.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
