We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a home health nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
  • Initiate the plan of care and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
  • Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Review plan of care and program protocols to identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
