Position Overview

We seek a creative and hands-on Network Operations Center Analyst to join our data and technology group. As a Network Operations Center Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining system data accuracy and providing analytical support.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and remediate degraded performances or network outages.
  • Create best practices to optimize network infrastructure and endpoint functions.
  • Provide analytical support to Operations and Information Technology.
  • Collect and organize information from various sources.
  • Analyze and ensure the accuracy of system data.
  • Conduct interviews with employees and managers.
  • Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas.
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Advise managers on findings and recommend courses of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
  • Degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent preferred.
  • Mathematical skills to process complex calculations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple teams effectively.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license required.
  • Work requires the ability to perform physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, crawling, reaching, lifting, sitting, and squatting.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
