Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders, including language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success and develop strategies to promote communication and learning
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the treatment process
  • Document student progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with children and adults with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
