Job Description
  • Promotions based on individual merit and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative engineering solutions to address production challenges.
  • Lead large-scale engineering projects, overseeing task delegation to team members.
  • Analyze and refine manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity & overseeing Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Proven project management skills with a successful track record of managing large projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in process engineering, equipment design, and methodologies for continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
