Responsibilities:

As an Executive Chauffeur, your duties will include:

  • Understanding work orders for client pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Planning routes by reviewing trip sheets, maps, and special requests; assessing luggage needs, road conditions, and estimating travel times.
  • Providing feedback to dispatch or management about pick-up and drop-off experiences while maintaining a vehicle log via the company app.
  • Preparing the vehicle before and after each trip by conducting inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and checking fuel and fluid levels.
  • Safely picking up clients, introducing yourself in a professional manner, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Additional Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by dispatch or management.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
