Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver telephonic triage nursing services and guidance to patients, as well as assist in clinical settings when necessary, under the supervision of a physician or mid-level provider. The RN will also provide various related services to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
The core responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include gathering patient health information, analyzing this data to establish diagnoses, creating a care plan that outlines interventions to achieve desired outcomes, identifying individualized expected outcomes for patients, and coordinating patient routing while collaborating with the healthcare team.
This role involves performing professional nursing tasks of significant complexity, including patient care as directed by physicians and in alignment with organizational objectives and policies. The RN will also provide health education and assessments to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Familiarity with triage protocols, along with experience in clinic, physician office, or urgent care settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Experience in phone triage.
- Background in a clinical specialty relevant to the position.
- ACLS certification.
Compensation:
USD $45.53 /Yr.
