**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Janitorial Worker to join our team at DeSales University. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus buildings.

 

This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

 

The estimated salary for this role is $42,500 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in Center Valley, PA.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of campus buildings.
  • Responsible for cleaning multiple student and staff occupied buildings.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team-driven environment.

 

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
