We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Part-Time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in the Wilkes-Barre Area Schools district.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a school bus route, ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain a safe and reliable fleet.
- Attend and participate in regular safety meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Clean and maintain the bus to ensure a professional appearance and positive company image.
- Transport students on field trips, activity trips, and charter runs as requested.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history.
- Must have a clean driving record within the last 24-36 months.
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Complete comprehensive training program.
- Pass pre-employment background checks.
