Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Ensure continued compliance with all practice standards.
  • Participate in professional development and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum experience in physical therapy role.
  • Good knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
