We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Conroe Independent School District. As a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech-language pathology services to students with speech impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent evaluations to assess students with speech or language disorders and conditions
  • Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans to meet the needs of students
  • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for continued therapy services
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement classroom activities to improve communication skills
  • Provide professional development to school personnel on effective communication strategies
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (from ASHA)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Working Conditions

This position requires regular district-wide travel to multiple work locations as assigned. Occasional prolonged and irregular hours may be required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $69,212 (minimum pro-rated salary) with a pay grade of AE-4.
