Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, suggestive selling, and innovative merchandising techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fabrics, notions, and other retail products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform various tasks, including processing transactions, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining store displays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
