We are seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to serve as the Program Director for our Worcester area operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional care to children, adults, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of daily operations for the area CBHI program, including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs.
- Collaborate with the VP of MA Operations to develop and implement effective treatment methodologies and ensure seamless program implementation.
- Guide and support staff in their roles, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Independent clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
- Three years of experience working with behavioral disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.
