**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an Oncology RN and be licensed to practice in their state.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
About the Job:
This Oncology Nurse Expert role involves providing high-quality patient care in a Level II Trauma Center environment. With a staffed bed capacity of 571 across both campuses, we offer a challenging yet rewarding work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate discharge planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Oncology RN.
- BCLS and Chemo certifications required.
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
