This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day administrative management and leadership of Solis Physician Group (SPG). As a key member of the Solis team, you will drive the build-out of the requisite team and capabilities for SPG to emerge as a highly functional professional practice, delivering high-quality, timely clinical care to Solis' patients and providing a desirable practice setting for Breast Radiologists.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the SPG strategy and business case.
- Guide organizational design and recruitment of the SPG administrative team.
- Support recruiting of new physicians to SPG, working closely with Solis HR and/or contracted physician recruiters.
- Collaborate with Solis IT to ensure implementation of appropriate technology and systems to enable SPG operations, leveraging existing Solis systems when possible.
- Lead the process for implementing SPG professional services at preexisting and de novo Solis centers.
- Serve as a liaison between SPG and Solis' Center Operations team, satisfactorily resolving any operational issues caused/influenced by SPG.
- Manage the SPG administrative staff.
- Oversee physician scheduling.
- Manage the SPG P&L, delivering targeted revenue, profitability, and growth to the enterprise.
- Develop and execute within annual SPG budgets.
- Ensure accurate billing and collections for SPG services, in partnership with Solis' revenue cycle, accounting, and finance functions.
- Monitor and review SPG patient satisfaction and clinical quality performance, in concert with the office of the Solis CMO; develop and execute plans to reactively address deficiencies and proactively improve Solis performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of screening results to Solis patients and referring physicians.
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in physician practice management/administration, required.
- Master's degree in business or healthcare administration, a plus.
- Desire to work in a start-up (new venture) environment; experience in doing so - independently or within a larger organization - a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience directly supervising/managing others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships within a matrixed environment.
