The primary objective of this position is to maintain a clean and safe environment within the facility. The incumbent is responsible for performing all tasks in a manner consistent with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

The associate will be responsible for the following functions, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness of all office facilities, break rooms, and restrooms by sweeping/mopping floors and dusting appliances and equipment.
  • Emptying trash receptacles in office facilities, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of exterior break areas and parking lots.
  • Washing windows on a quarterly basis.
  • Replenishing paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap as needed.
  • Performing minor maintenance repairs to restroom fixtures.

**Requirements**

The following qualities are required:

  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
  • Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to work extended days on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work day or evening hours.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

No prior experience or training is required.
