The Group Art Supervisor (GAS) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects within IPG Health. This key position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of art direction across multiple brands and indications.


Main Duties
  • Art Direction & Creative Execution: Fully execute creative deliverables with guidance from managers, and can guide more junior teammates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate consistently and effectively with team members regarding deadlines, revisions, quality control and new work.
  • Strategic Thinking: Maintain and strengthen client relationships and trust through clear and authoritative presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, language nuance, and strategic direction.
  • Client Management: Presents creative work regularly to internal teams and clients and leads discussions to uplevel the work, based on intimate knowledge of the data, the market, and the brand strategy.
  • Talent Management: Proactively communicate with all team members in a productive manner to ensure creative vision is maintained and deadlines are met.
