Catalyst Life Sciences is actively seeking a qualified Pharmacist to oversee the quality assurance program at their Cranbury, NJ location. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic industry.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Ph.D.) and significant experience in sterile compounding and management/supervisory roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Ph.D.) from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in sterile compounding and management/supervisory roles
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
