We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Designer to join our innovative Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing civil engineering designs and concepts using a variety of software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex civil engineering projects, including transportation infrastructure, site development, and hydraulic modeling.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering standards and regulations are met.
  • Utilize hydraulic modeling techniques to design and optimize water and wastewater systems.
  • Participate in transportation engineering projects, including designing and planning roadways, bridges, and other transportation infrastructure.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and evaluations to ensure that design specifications are met and to identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil design, project management, and hydraulic modeling.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience in transportation engineering and site development.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil EIT.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
