Fund Compliance Risk Manager

We are working with a leading multi-strategy private equity fund based in Miami, seeking an experienced Fund Compliance Risk Manager to join its fast-paced and entrepreneurial team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience monitoring and advising private equity funds on regulatory, financial, and internal compliance matters. They will play a crucial role in the success of the fund by managing compliance, conducting risk assessments, and supporting the development of compliance programs that align with the firm's investment objectives and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies for private equity funds.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and training.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting the private equity industry and assess their impact on the firm.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to support investment transactions and fund operations.
Benefits include a competitive salary package, including relocation support for the right candidate. The position requires in-office presence from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Estimated salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and 2-5 years of experience in compliance, fund administration, or a related area, preferably within private equity or financial services industries.
