Key Responsibilities:- Engage with Parents and Families: Provide exceptional customer service, build trust, and respond to the needs of current and prospective parents and family members.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to BKS of Roswell Inc. policies and all relevant governmental regulations regarding the care and safety of children.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with the Director and colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Classroom Management: Create a safe and engaging learning environment, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with daily center duties as needed.
