The Regional Float Pool LVN/LPT/LPN provides direct care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served according to the individual service plans and regulatory standards.
This role requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms, including psychiatric/mental health, CPR certification, and CPI training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to members served in diverse program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations.
- Work assigned shifts in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Alameda County, covering Telecare's program needs.
- Adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles.
