About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation Team Member at our Coshocton facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all pre-operational safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensure all guards are in place at work stations to prevent accidents
  • Follow all Quality Production Specifications to ensure the highest quality products
  • Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Perform additional duties as directed by supervision to support the team's efforts

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding designated break times
  • Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for the duration of the shift, excluding designated break times
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work full-time and overtime as needed
  • Ability to work weekend shifts and 2nd shift (afternoon start time)
  • 1 year of stable work history strongly preferred
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience required, with 6 months of relevant experience in the last 12 months
