Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in infusion therapy and catheter maintenance and care to join our team. As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will provide infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes, working with compassion and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheter access and care, vitals/assessments, medication administration, and blood draws as per patient needs
  • Provide patient education on self-administration of medication
  • Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license with experience in infusion therapy and catheter maintenance and care
  • Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care
  • Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine
  • Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel
  • Expect to do 2 visits per week
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
