Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Oncology
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Employment Type: Travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize electronic documentation systems effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current WA RN License.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Certification in BLS and Chemotherapy required.
- OCN certification preferred.
- Experience in teaching hospitals and trauma centers is a plus.
Additional Information:
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- Floating between units may be required based on patient needs.
- Charting will be done using the EPIC system.
- Patient-to-nurse ratios are typically 5:1, occasionally 6:1.
- Local candidates are not eligible for this position.
