KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance branch sales by offering outstanding customer service to the local community.

• Engage with customers in person, utilizing product knowledge and expertise.

• Diagnose customer issues and propose innovative solutions.

• Construct and assemble customer orders as needed.

• Maintain proficiency in the operation of all relevant equipment.

• Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and external sales team to foster business growth.

• Support the team in the overall upkeep of the branch.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Prioritize customer service and value in every interaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive demeanor and attitude.

• Eagerness to learn and engage in hands-on work.

• Proficient in using hand tools and workshop equipment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective time management and deadline adherence.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comfortable in a consultative sales environment.

• Mechanical or technical aptitude is advantageous.

• Knowledge of various hoses and thread configurations is a plus.

• Experience in industrial sales is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems is preferred.

• Experience with Epicor P21 is an asset.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
