About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food service is provided to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals, following established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver food and trays, wash dishes, and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and adhere to all safety precautions.
  • Ensure the established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
  • Provide positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Specialized training in food service desirable.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on State/County law.
