Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team. This role involves providing speech and language therapy to students, conducting assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide support and resources for students' communication needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of services provided.
  • Attend IEP meetings to help set educational goals for students.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
