The Brewery Bhavana Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This involves greeting and seating guests in a friendly and gracious manner, as well as bidding farewell to guests at the end of their visit.

The Host manages special seating requests and other requirements of guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. They also assist with the duties of Food Servers as needed to maintain service effectiveness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Managing special seating requests and guest requirements
  • Assisting Food Servers as needed to maintain service quality
  • Inspecting the dining room and bar prior to opening to ensure everything is in order
  • Attending to guests' complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Assembling and passing on critical information to the kitchen and management team
  • Tracking paperwork and maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of restaurant experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and service, and will be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
