The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure seamless compliance with relevant laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, implementing controls to safeguard the company against penalties and reputational damage.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders, monitoring compliance to ensure all terms are met.
  • Training and Internal Audits: Oversee employee training on compliance policies and conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with legal and internal standards.
