Tire Professional

Love's Travel Stops, a leading provider of travel stops and convenience stores, is seeking a skilled Tire Professional to join its team. As a Tire Professional, you will be responsible for the sale, removal, and replacement of tires, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve assisting customers with roadside services, performing equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Tire Professional, you will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain the condition of tires to ensure they are in good working order.
• Remove and replace tires as needed, using proper safety procedures.
• Assist customers with roadside services, including tire changes, flat tire repairs, and other vehicle-related issues.
• Perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn parts.
• Ensure the store facility is clean and organized, including the maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
