Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal care and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address variances in care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Lead and participate in maternal program oversight and quality improvement activities
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other maternal program managers within the organization
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on maternal care
- Charge nurse experience and high level of organizational skills
- Computer literate and adult education experience
- Current state registration or eligibility to do so, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
