We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms.
  • Support to Housekeeping and Front Desk Teams: Assist Housekeeping and Front Desk teams with tasks such as linen distribution, room preparation, and guest requests.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain effective communication with staff members, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments, to ensure seamless operations.
