Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to achieving success on a daily basis.
