Stormwater Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stormwater Construction Technician to join our team at Apex Companies, LLC. As a key member of our stormwater division, you will be responsible for performing repairs and construction on vital stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins throughout the central states.

• Perform repairs and construction on stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, and concrete structures.
• Operate heavy equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
• Travel to various locations throughout the central states, exploring new areas while making a significant impact.
• Document field observations to contribute to project success and continuous improvement.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in construction.
• Expertise in stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Competent in operating construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools.
• Basic understanding of plans and specs, and knowledge of stormwater, sediment, and erosion control.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and familiarity with DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers.
