Nursing Professional: Progressive Care Unit Role

Join the Community Health System team as a skilled Nursing Professional in our Progressive Care Unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment.
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, working night shift in the Progressive Care/Step Down unit at Northwest Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will participate in increased levels of care, providing quality care to higher acuity patients.
What You'll Do- Participate in increased levels of care in a dynamic Acute Care / Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Provide quality care to higher acuity patients, including those with post cardiac surgery and Cath Lab procedures, alcohol withdrawal, heart and respiratory failure, dysrhythmias, rattlesnake bites, hypo/hypertension, and more.

This role is a great opportunity for new graduate RNs to apply, especially those interested in joining our New Grad Program for consideration in the upcoming RN new grad cohort. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care, preferably in a similar unit setting. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required. The estimated salary for this position is around $95,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
