  • Maintain the job schedule using CPM techniques.

  • Recruit, organize, train, and lead the field construction team.
  • Set and uphold quality standards to ensure superior work quality.
  • Plan and order materials and tools to prevent last-minute purchases.
  • Prepare various reports and address punchlists in a timely manner.
  • Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor submissions.
  • Conduct meetings and discussions as necessary.
  • Test and hand over projects to the Owner.
  • Complete close-out documentation and secure the Owner's approval.
  • Travel as required.
  • Supervise multiple projects across a broad area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Interiors or Ground Up Projects Required
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive field construction experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Current or soon-to-be-acquired Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of various trades and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency in job scheduling, planning, and cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
