Program Delivery Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Delivery Quality Assurance Monitor to join our team at the National Safety Council. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality driver safety courses across the state.
Key Responsibilities- Observe and document instructor activities during classes, maintaining an unassuming role as a class participant.
- Bring concerns to management attention regarding infractions of policy or procedures within the NSC classroom.
- Attend various NSC driver safety courses, posing as a required attendee and participating in all aspects of class.
- Record objective information used to evaluate instructors facilitating NSC driver safety courses.
- Attend scheduled training or retraining, update seminars, round table discussions, and Instructor Service Specialist development seminars as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- High level of initiative and good time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- At least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
