Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based treatment to patients with complex wounds.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and perform procedures as needed to address patient needs.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date records and contributing to the development of best practices.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York State.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Rochester Regional Health is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.
