Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Inspira Health Network. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory care services.

• Assess patient physical condition, psychosocial status, risk factors, and learning needs
• Collect and document patient data, including assessments and interventions
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish treatment goals and patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Perform routine patient care activities, including oxygen therapy, medication delivery, and diagnostic testing

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or completion of one of the education requirements set by the NBRC
• Active RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Registered Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory Care
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• CLS/PALS certification preferred

Benefits

Eligible employees receive shift differential of 10% of their hourly rate of pay for working hours from 3pm to 7am. Up to $30k Sign on Bonus Eligible.
