Position Overview: The Registered Nurse Staff plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care by utilizing advanced nursing skills and methodologies to formulate, execute, and assess the patient's care plan. This role is pivotal in fostering an environment that aligns with our commitment to care, healing, and education.
Key Responsibilities: As the primary caregiver, the RN provides direct patient care and collaborates effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and family members, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
The incumbent will handle sensitive patient information and will make informed decisions both independently and in partnership with the healthcare team.
Supervision: The Registered Nurse Staff operates under the direct oversight of the Nurse Manager and indirectly under the Director of Nursing.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment to a 90% night shift schedule, which includes three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, and participation in a holiday rotation.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $35.00.
