Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health or hospice setting
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Ability to work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
  • Must be vaccinated for influenza or be granted a religious/medical exemption
