We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at Exceptional Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and provide rapid, accurate emergency care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure effective patient care and management
- Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage hemodynamics, cardiac monitoring, and medications to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to strict safety standards and involving families in care planning
- Opportunity for ventilator management experience and professional growth
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience
- RN license in good standing or compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and EHR documentation
